Article 50. Freedom of information
I.
Everyone is free to look for, acquire, transfer, prepare and distribute
information.
II.
Freedom of mass media is guaranteed. State censorship in mass media, including
press is prohibited.
III.
Everyone`s right to refute or reply to the information published in the
media and violating his/her rights or damaging his/her interests shall be
guaranteed.
