The built and delivered residential area per 1000 people increased from 229,0 square meters in 2010 to 279,0 square meters in 2022. In 2022 compared to 2021 the total built and delivered residential areas increased by 35,6 percent and amounted to 2815,7 thousand square meters, from which 2211,7 thousand square meters or 78,5 percent was in the urban areas and 604 thousand square meters or 21,5 percent was in the rural areas.
