The number of victims intentional homicide dropped from 206 persons in 2010 to 184 persons in 2022. In the comparable period, the share of homicide crimes in the structure of registered criminal cases on the main crime types dropped from 0,8 percent to 0,5 percent.
16.2.2 The number of victims of human trafficking, per 100,000 population

   Compared to 2018, in 2019 the number of victims of human trafficking per 100,000 population decreased by 2,2 point to 0,9. 
16.3.2 Unsentenced detainees as a proportion of overall prison population, in percentage

In 2019 compared to 2016 unsentenced detainees as a proportion of overall prison population decreased by 1.7 percentage points and amounted to 11.6 percent.

The primary government expenditures as a proportion of original approved budget increased by 1.1 percentage points from 95.9 percent in 2010 to 97.0 percent in 2019. 
The amount of executed state budget expenditures amounted to 24,425.9 million manats in 2019, which is 2.1 times more than 11,765.9 million manats in 2010. At the same time, compared to 2010 the amount of approved state budget expenditures (12,275.0 million manats) rose by 2.1 times in 2019 (25,190.0 million manats).

        In 2010-2019, the proportion of children under 5 years of age whose births have been registered with a civil authority was 100 percent.
