Goal 17 . Revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development
17.1.1 State budget revenue as a proportion of GDP, in percentage[1]

   In 2022, state budget revenue as a proportion of GDP decreased by 4 percentage points compared to 2010, and decreased by 5,4 percentage points compared to 2021 and was 22,9 percent.

Compared to 2010, the executed state budget revenue increased by 2,7 times and amounted to 30679,6 million manats in 2022. Of which 68,0 percent (20856,6 million manats) were tax incomes, and 32,0 percent (9823,0 million manats) were other incomes.

17.1.2 Proportion of taxes in the state budget revenue, in percentage[1]

In 2010-2019 the proportion of taxes in the state budget revenue rose by 2.0 percentage points from 46.2 percent to 48.2 percent. 
In addition, the amount of the tax incomes to the state budget increased from 5,266.8 million manats in 2010 to 11,755.0 million manats in 2019. In the last year, the amounts of tax incomes to the state budget were 952.1 million manats or 3.9 percent for individual income tax, 2,546.0 million manats or 10.4 percent for corporate profit (income) tax, 50.0 million manats or 0.2 percent for land tax, 212.6 million manats or 0.9 percent for property tax, 5,185.1 million manats or 21.3 percent for value added tax, 854.7 million manats or 3.5 percent for excise tax, 133.8 million manats or 0.5 percent for mining tax, 1,343.2 million manats or 5.5 percent for taxes related to foreign economic activity, 358.6 million manats or 1.5 percent for simplified taxes, and 118.9 million manats or 0.5 percent for road tax.

17.11.1 The share of Azerbaijan's exports in world exports, in percentage[1]

Compared to 2010 in 2019, the share of Azerbaijan's exports in world exports decreased by 0.04 percentage points from 0.14 percent to 0.10 percent. 
Compared to 2018, in 2019 the amount of exports in nearly 122 countries around the world was 146,512.2 thousand US dollars more, so amounted to 19,635,580.4 thousand US dollars[2]. In the structure of exported goods, mineral products were 90.9  percent, vegetable products were 3.2 percent, semi-precious metals and their products were 1.2 percent, precious stones and metals, their products were 0.9 percent, plastic masses, caoutchouc, rubber and their products were 0.9 percent, and the rest 2.9 percent fell to other commodities. 
In the geographical structure of exports, the share of Europe was 60.2 percent, Asia -8.3 percent, America – 0.9 percent, Africa –0.4 and Oceanian countries – 0.2 percent.

17.19.2._State of achieving 100 percent birth registration and 80 percent death registration, in percentage

In the last 2 years, 100 percent birth and death registration has been provided. 
In the last year the number of births was 141,179, and the deaths was 55,916. From them, 68,665 persons or 48.6 percent of births were registered in urban areas, and 72,514 persons or 51.4 percent in rural areas. And 30,517 persons or 54.6 percent of deaths were registered in urban areas, and 25,399 persons or 45.4 percent in rural areas. 75,160 persons or 53.2 percent of births were male, 66,019 persons or 46.8 percent were female. Regarding to deaths, 29,926 persons or 53.5 percent of them were male, 25,990 persons or 46.5 percent were female.
17.3.2 Volume of remittances (in United States dollars) as a proportion of total GDP, in percentage

Compared to 2010, in 2019 the volume of remittances as a proportion of total GDP decreased by 0.6 percentage points from 2.5 percent to 1.9 percent.
17.4.1 Debt service as a proportion of exports of goods and services, in percentage

       Compared to 2010 in 2019, the debt service as a proportion of exports of goods and services increased by 3.4 percentage points and rose from 0.4 percent to 3.8 percent. In general, in 2010- 2019 the indicator has a changeable trend.
17.6.1 Fixed Internet broadband subscriptions per 100 inhabitants

   Compared to 2010 in 2019, the fixed Internet broadband subscriptions per 100 inhabitants increased by 8.2 points to 8.8. According to the dynamics we can say that, the number of fixed broadband Internet subscribers in the country continues to grow. Thus, during the period, the number of fixed broadband Internet subscribers increased 16 times and amounted to 871,926 people in 2019.
17.8.1 Proportion of individuals using the Internet, in percentage

Compared to 2010 in 2019, the proportion of individuals using the Internet increased by 35.1 percentage points from 46.0 percent to 81.1 percent.
In 2019, the number of individuals using the internet were totally 8,112.8 thousand people, from which 52.2 percent were men and 47.8 percent were women. The highest level of indicator registered in Baku city 91.7 percent, and the lowest level in the Yukhari Karabakh economic region 74.8 percent. 
In 2019, the indicator was 85.9 percent in urban areas and 74.6 percent in rural areas. In 2019, 69.8 percent of users connected to the Internet at homes (apartments), 2.7 percent in internet clubs, 17.3 percent in workplaces, 7.1 percent in educational institutions, 0.6 percent in libraries and 2.5 percent in other places. On average, the proportion of individuals using the Internet every day in the total number of Internet users was 82.0 percent. 
Currently, 39.9 percent of Internet users are young people under 24 years of age, 25.8 percent are in 25-35 age group and 34.2 percent are in 36-64 age group. The share of users in the age 64 and above is 0.1 percent.
17.9.1 Dollar value of financial and technical assistance (including through North-South, South-South and triangular cooperation) committed to developing countries, in US dollar

According to the information from International Development Assistance Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, compared to 2015 in 2019, the total amount of dollars provided by the Republic of Azerbaijan in the North-South (including Western countries), South-South and trilateral cooperation in dollar terms increased by 70.4 percent from 3,410,747 US dollars to 5,813,408 US dollars.
